Guest house staff will happily order suppers in from various outlets in town. Menu’s are available in the dining area. Hampton Rose breakfast menu is diabetic friendly, but we do not exclude those who enjoy the traditional English or continental breakfast. The guest house is strictly non-smoking. Each room has an outside private patio which is a designated smoking area. The bathrooms are fitted with a bath and shower with only one room fitted with just a shower. Shampoo’s, fluffy, fresh bath towels and other small luxuries are available in each of the rooms.

Bookings can be made via telephone or e-mail. Balance of payment is due on arrival (with optional extra’s payable on departure). All rates quoted are subject to change without prior notification.
Payment Methods
Electronic deposits, cash or company or travel agent vouchers are accepted. Our banking details do appear on all invoices.
Deposit & Cancellation Policy
If deposit of 50% has been paid to confirm booking and booking is subsequently cancelled, the following cancellation fees are applicable:
0 – 7 days prior to arrival, forfeit 100% of deposit.
7 – 14 days prior to arrival, forfeit 75% of deposit.
14 – 21 days prior to arrival, forfeit 50% of deposit.
21+ days prior to arrival, forfeit 30% of deposit.
